Today’s hiragana practice was completed so late in the day, Reiko offered to do the first letter for me so I wouldn’t have to reboot my computer to view the NHK version of the practice sheet I’ve been using to date. Hey, that’s where Andy worked! Of course, I needed to reboot it to type this out, but… anyway…

Fun fact: not everyone writes these letters in the same fashion. Did you know that intrepid learner? Who knew?!

I’m finding it takes about twenty minutes to do two of these rows groupings, so it’ll be neat to see how good I get at things over time. I’m a bit nutty when it comes to time, and highly recommend checking out world class climber Hans Florine’s take on timing… it was a revolutionary discovery for me many moons ago to see how just paying attention to every second matters, and since around 2005 when I first ran into his approach, I’ve been obsessed.

Should be moving onto radicals verrry soooooon!
